Welcome to our website. In 1995, after almost 30 years in the Gaming and Entertainment industry which includes 11 years at Harrah’s, 11 years with Caesars, and the last 5 years as  the founding Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas, I had decided to retire. I quickly realized I was not quite ready for retirement and wanted to get back in the game! We formed a development and consulting company: Navegante, which is the Latin term for Navigator.
 
Our first major opportunity came quickly when the government of Ontario, Canada put out a public tender to develop and manage a temporary Casino in Niagara Falls, Canada. There were 27 bidders including some publicly traded gaming companies. We won the bid and Navegante has been busy ever since. We developed, built and managed Casino Niagara for more than 2 years.  During our management term, Casino Niagara was considered one of the most successful casinos in the world.
 
Our reputation of honesty and integrity has provided our company with hundreds of opportunities.  Hence we are able to pick and choose the projects that are not only fun, but those that allow us to work with great people. We bring the added value of typically being able to be licensed quickly in many jurisdictions.
