Larry J. Woolf
Founder and Chairman

Mr. Woolf started in the gaming industry for nearly forty years ago. He started with Harrah’s in 1967 and has worked in management positions for several high profile, publicly traded hotel/casinos until 1995 when he founded Navegante Group. Mr. Woolf was in Atlantic City forthe inception of gaming there. He was Senior Vice President of Operations at Caesars when he left in 1984 to become President of Caesars Tahoe. In 1990 Mr. Woolf became the Chairman, CEO and President of MGM Grand Hotel/CAsino, Las Vegas. In 1995 Mr. Woolf founded his own company, NGI, and since has become Chairman, President and CEO of several more companies he has since opened, including Navegante Corporation of Canada and Trillium Gaming in Toronto. He is part owner and the operator of Casino Fandango in Carson City, Nevada, he is a gaming consultant for Galaxy Entertainment Macau and has an equity interest in Amazing Holdings in Taiwan.

Larry D. Woolf
President and COO

Larry D. has over 25 years of experience in the gaming industry and is considered an expert in casino operations, table games, slots, casino marketing and casino credit. He has great depth of experience in pre-opening development, policies and procedures and internal controls and is also an experienced in administrator and executive recruiter. Larry D also has a great deal of experience in retail administration.

Joe Murphy
Senior Vice President Finance

Mr. Murphy has been with Navegante since its inception and has over 30 years of hotel, casino and airline experience. He deals with all of the financial and operational reviews, oversees business planning and projections, internal controls, policies and procedures and assessments. He plays a vital part in the business strategizing, assessing financial matters and analyzing property development, construction, FF&E and development budgets.

Rich Lehman
Vice President of Development

Mr. Lehman has over 26 years of gaming experience and is a former educator in developing gaming operations. He is an expert in slot operations, game development and marketing. His superior administrative and writing abilities set him apart from most operational executives. He has written numerous articles on player tracking, system design and database development. Mr. Lehman authored a book called Slot Operations: The Myth and the Math. He has done consulting work for casinos as far away as Korea and Taiwan as well as local bars and taverns.

Rick Stevens

Mr. Stevens has over 25 years of gaming industry experience in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments. He has been involved in a variety of gaming developments including pre-opening and development in new jurisdictions. He has been involved in numerous operational efficiency reviews and has owned and managed several bars and taverns in the Las Vegas area. Mr. Stevens’ responsibilities at Navegante Group concentrate on his areas of expertise of financial reporting, due diligence, feasibility studies and new project analysis.

Marc Weiswasser

He started working for the government of Ontario, Canada in 1966 and held various positions as supervisor, administrator, task leader and director of various programs, such as family benefits, welfare administration, and operational support. He also organized and decentralized various Ministry services.

Jacqueline Castel
Vice President, Compliance

Jacqueline Castel brings over fifteen years of experience in gaming law and compliance.  She began her career in the gaming industry with the Ontario government, where she was involved in setting up the regulatory framework for commercial casinos and then administering this framework.  During this time, she also assisted the government of Nova Scotia in developing their regulatory framework for casino gaming.  Jacqueline Castel spent twelve years working for commercial casinos in Ontario.
