Larry Woolf is currently working with Olympia Gaming as adviser to Garry Goett, Chairman and CEO. Woolf and Goett opened the successful Casino Fandango in Carson City in 2003. Olympia received approval from the Clark County Board of Commissioners to develop Southern Highlands Casino Resort Spa, a $1 billion, 70-acre mixed-use resort project scheduled to open in the spring of 2009. Olympia is now in the planning stages of a number of large-scale developments throughout the state, including a 250-acre mixed-use development located on the South Strip in Las Vegas and a 12-acre lakefront casino-resort-spa destination in Sparks, Nevada.
